This year's edition marks the tenth anniversary of the Swedish rallying point for fanzinemakers, comicbook creators, publishers, readers and other people with a genuine appreciation for the ninth art.
Established as a springboard and meeting place for fanzineenthusiasts in 1998, spx has continued to grow and cater to an ever wider audience. During the years spx has set it's searchlights on different areas of interest such as comics meet animation and les Literatures Pirates. Special events focusing on comics from for instance German and Spanish speaking countries have also been featured.
spx08 will continue to showcase the most interesting new creators from Sweden and the Nordic countries but several international guests are also coming. The list so far:
